 The deluxe eyelet setter was designed and built by Ray Ennis because he could not find an eyelet setting fixture under $400.00 for use in manufacturing the Kydex sheaths for the Entrek USA knives. The body of the setter is 1" thick aluminum. The spring loaded punch and die are differentially heat treated 3/8" drill rod. The throat is 1 1/4" giving plenty of room for double rows of eyelets. This is a real time saver for the person that does a lot of kydex. This unit comes with 100 brass eyelets. Price is $54.95 and includes FREE SHIPPING.
The Brass Eyelet Kit is designed for those that want to make a few Kydex sheaths or have other uses for brass eyelets and a simple way to install them. The kit includes from left to right, anvil, punch, drill and 100 eyelets. The anvil and punch are made from heat treated drill rod. The drill bit is a #14 screw machine drill that will drill hundreds of holes in kydex. It is also just the right size to hold the eyelets so they won't fall out but are not difficult to put in. All this plus 100 3/16" brass eyelets. This kit is for use on .060 Kydex or similar thickness material. Price is 18.95 and includes FREE SHIPPING.
If you need good looking brass eyelets, we have em. These are the same eyelets that we use on our Entrek USA sheaths. The top is a little bigger than a1/4" at about .290. The tube is .183 and the hole through is about .155 and will accept paracord. We are able to fill orders from 100 to 10000 pieces. Price per hundred is $7.50. and includes FREE SHIPPING. Ray Ennis started using allen head cap screws to install the handles on his custom knives in 1989. The screw kit at the left has everything you need to install handles in this way. The kit includes a tap guide to keep the tap straight. The two flute tap provided is designed to push the chips ahead of the tap so it doesn't clog, and can be used to power tap. These taps will do several hundred holes. The 9/64" drill is for drilling the knife handle, the 11/64 is for the handle material. There is a piloted counterbore for the screw head in the handle material. An allen wrench and 100 8x32x1/4" stainless steel allen head cap screws.
